For all you fans of Vince Ray, this new buckle features a top hatted skull with red enamel stars for eyes. The top hat has the number 13 in red enamel and to either side of the skull there are a pair of snake heads rearing above two silver stars. There is a;lso a small Vince Ray signature on this buckle. This buckle is sure to become a sought after collectors piece in the future. All of our buckles are compatible with our belts and are manufactured to accept a standard 1 1/2 inches high (38mm) belt. Buckles are for belts with a snap down buckle exchange mechanism.
