Little surgical steel rods that are thin at one end and then thicker at the other end. When these are pushed through a piercing they will stretch the hole making it easier to insert thicker jewellery. To avoid any problems whilst stretching we recommend leaving two weeks between sizes and to only attempt to stretch one size at a time.
