These are jewelled 316L surgical steel nose studs where the jewel is set into a surgical steel ball approximately 2.5mm in diameter. These studs sit a little proud of the nose and therefore stand out more thanthe flat jewelled studs. They are available in a selection of jewel colours and all come with a 1mm U-shaped stem.
